Cyber Integrity Partners

Cyber Integrity Partners enable board members and company leadership to navigate the impact of cybersecurity regulations whilst also improving organisational resilience through strategic programmes.

Newly introduced cybersecurity regulations are requiring organisations across the globe to change and conform to a continually developing landscape.

Organisational change is required, which is often complex and challenging. Board members and leadership need trusted partners that they can rely on to deliver results continually on what will be an ongoing journey. Cyber Integrity Partners has been formed to address this specific requirement.

Each member of our leadership team has highly relevant skills, capability, expertise, and a solid track record of producing tangible results. With decades of real world experience, successfully delivering critical programmes for senior leadership in Cybersecurity, Global Integrity and Compliance, State Security and Defence, Analytics(AI), Organisational Design and Change Management, we offer a unique mix to support company boards and leadership.

CEOs and board members must be confident and prepared to face shareholders, regulators and media in the event of a cyber incident and throughout ongoing investigations. Not only is brand reputation and shareholder value at risk, a secure, compliant and resilient organisation is now essential to doing business.

Chief Risk Officers and Compliance Teams need to ensure that all new multi-jurisdictional cyber risk regulations and standards are met across global operations and supply chains. Cyber Risk, D&O insurance cover as appropriate.

CISOs, CIOs, CTOs need to communicate and engage company boards more effectively to ensure that investment in technology and people is optimised through strategic programmes that will improve organisational resiliency.

Current investigations highlight that regulators are increasingly looking into how Leadership support cybersecurity operations in terms of their ability to identify, attract, retain and continually educate cybersecurity specialists. Enabling a culture of cybersecurity awareness and adherence throughout the organisation, and support through an effective well-being and mental health programme for cybersecurity specialists, is critical to improving organisational resilience.

Technology vendors need to improve how they engage prospective and existing clients professionally with relevant conversations and business cases that enable CISOs to more effectively secure board approval for investment.

The insurance industry needs to adapt to the changing environment in order to offer clients better cover for Cybersecurity and D&O risks.

Challenges

Board Alignment is fundamental to developing a high integrity and resilient organisation. Regulations currently in place, and new regulations being introduced, will increasingly hold board members to account. Company boards need to engage the cybersecurity team in developing a strategic plan, supporting the delivery and execution of this effectively over time. Cyber resilience is fast becoming essential for all businesses.
